Kindel Sartell Tyner is an author whose diverse body of work reflects a lifetime of observation, adventure, and unexpected inspiration. After a distinguished thirty-five-year career as a flight attendant that took her across the continents, Kindel retired to Queen Creek, Arizona, where she discovered her calling as a writer through the most serendipitous of circumstances. From five ducklings who appeared in her pool (inspiring her children's book: Puddles, TheArizona Duckling) to the banks of the Mississippi River in her hometown of Minnesota (sparking her debut thriller: The Dam's Secret).

Kindel now writes from her home in Queen Creek, Arizona. Whether crafting heartwarming tales for children or exploring family secrets and conspiracy in adult fiction, she brings the same curiosity and adventurous spirit to the page that once took her across the globe.
